Windows 10: My ctrl key acts as if it’s being held down a few minutes after startup.

Whenever I start up my pc the ctrl randomly acts as if it’s being held down after either 2 minutes to upwards of an hour. I’ve already reset my pc, swapped keyboards , updated drivers, and have turned off all possible settings. I don’t know what else it could be unless it’s an issue with my pc components. My specs are AMD Ryzen 9 3900x 12-core, Gogabyte B550 AORYS Elite V2 ATX AM4 Motherboard, Crucial Ballistix 16GB Memory, Gigabyte EAGLE GeForce RTX 3060 12GB 12 GB Video Card, and a Mushkin Pilot-E 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME SSD

CTRL key acts as if it's stuck?

I'm running Windows 10, and for a few weeks now, it has been acting as if the CTRL key is jammed. I replaced my keyboard with multiple others, and the problem persisted. I read a few forums, and one suggested to press both CTRL keys at the same time,
which only worked once. Then, another said to open the virtual keyboard. This showed clearly that the keys were indeed held down, but I couldn't deactivate them from there, so it really didn't help. Are there any fixes to this?

 

ALT and CTRL key gets automatically pressed (held)

Tried this today and the problem persists.

ALT key still gets automatically pressed and on screen keyboard shows both CTRL keys being held.

Yes I still have this problem using an external keyboard as well.

Laptop acting like ctrl key being held down

My laptop is acting like the ctrl key is constantly being pressed down. I tried many solutions I could find online like troubleshooting keyboard, checking for updates, uninstalling the update that it stopped working after, pressing a series of keys. Nothing has worked. I wonder if the update was the issue but the computer won't let me not have it installed.
