Windows 10: My cursor freezes randomly and my keyboard also stop working randomly

Anytime I'm typing my keyboard sometimes lose words randomly and even the mouse sometimes get stuck I have tried updating driver but it shows best driver already installed, I've tried deleting the driver and restart it still happens. At this point I don't know what else to do

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

Mouse stops working randomly .

My mouse stops working randomly however the scroll wheel works everytime but the cursor would stop responding randomly and starts working again and again.

 

Laptop keyboard randomly stops working.

My laptop keyboard randomly stops working. The only way to get it back to work is by a hard reset (press the power button to shut off the laptop or navigate in the system and press shut down). The it will work for an undetermined amount of time (it could be few minutes, hours, days or even week) and then randomly stop working again. Sometimes it happens multiple times a day. I have the BIOS updated to the latest version. Any suggestions how I can fix this problem as it is extremely frustrating.

My laptop is Dell XPS 9380. I contacted Dell and they want to replace the keyboard. It is clearly not a hardware issue. Please advise if there is a way to fix this problem.
