Windows 10: my cursor is loading constantly but I can't find the reason in win 10 pro

So Today when I opened my Dell inspiron 15 3593 My mouse cursor start showing the loading icon in a strange way it was blinking and it didn't stop at all, So I went to task manager to see what's running in the background, first thing I don't know if this help or no but my laptop specs is :Intel core i7 10th gen 1065G7 1.3 GHzNvidia mx230 2GB16GB ram1TB SSD1TB HDDafter I checked the task manager processes tab I found 43% is used from CPU, 32% is used from memory, The top listed services running in the CPU areService Host: Windows Error Reporting 10 - 26 %Antimalware Service Executable 6

Excel will not use Thunderbird to email spreadsheet on Windows 10 Pro

I was trying to keep it simple, she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer but kind natured.
If i could emulate what I can do thenwhen she gets twined up I can talk her step by step.

if we can't sort why Win 10 Excel won't see T-B as the main email client then we'll just have to go with your suggestion.

I should have said Win 10 pro 64 bit?

I just tried a solution from another Microsoft Community suggestion. They related it to an HP Officejet Pro 8600 driver. I reinstalled mine (same computer) - just selected " install new Bluetooth printer" - went through the 3 step process & it seems to
have fixed the issue! (in that it was constantly searching for the connection) AND as suggested, "check ink levels only when printing" (altho I think this was already set as such) - Will let you know if the problem resurfaces after I go through shutdown &
get home to restart the computer.
