    help me i seriously dont know what to do, my screens are stuck and my settings are stuck on my other monitor so i dont know how to fix this issues because all the ways people have told me i cannot do since my screens and settings are stuck, help me please!!

    Cursor does not reach the second monitor

    I have a Dell notebook and a monitor connected to it. After I installed Windows 11 the cursor of the mouse doesn't move from one screen to the other. Sometimes it is stuck on the laptop and sometimes it does not go out of the monitor. The mouse settings page informs there is a corrupt or inexistent file: c: \users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Cursors\pin_eoa.cur

    the instructions suggested to fix corrupt files SFC /Scannow andDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth didn't work.

    How can I get a clean cursor file?

    Hi Lynn, thanks much for your answer.

    In fact, the mouse keeps stuck sometimes on the PC, sometimes on the decond monitor. When it is stuck in the monitor I am not able to operate de pc, and I have to turn off the machine and turn on it again. Restart does not work. I will try the second suggestion because I don't have another device to connect the mouse. Also, the mouse was working fine until I have to reinstall Windows 11.

    Cursor does not reach the second monitor

    Hi Lynn, I created a new account with administrative privileges. However, I was not able to reach the folder cursors in it. It went as deep as users\<new account>Windows\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows but no Cursors folder inside. Curiously, the same behavior was in my current account. Cursors folder does not exist. However, the mouse settings page informed that the Cursors\pin_eoa.cur was missing or corrupt. I looked at the regedit and found the same results. No change. Then I tested the mouse with twao monitors and it is still stuck in one of the monitors. Why I can't see the Cursors folder?
