Windows 10: My cursor shows loading rotating blue circle after the last update

There was two cumulative updates for Windows 11 from January 28, 2025:KB5050094 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems KB5050094 OS Build 26100.3037 and KB5050577 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2.After installing this updates, the mouse cursor periodically 10-20 seconds shows the loading process rotating blue circle. I tried many ways to solve the problem, but none of them helped.What I have tried:Restarting the system;Disabling background processes and startup programs;Running chkdsk, scannow and DISM

I have this issue with loading pages. The upper tab has a rotating blue circle and at times it takes up to minutes for a page to load when it used to take split seconds.

• Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
• Do you get the Blue circle when you are working on a particular application?
• Which anti-virus program is installed on the computer?

Perform the steps suggested by ZMM2 on July 24, 2013 and check if it helps.

I have the blue loading circle next to my cursor.

The blue loading circle is next to the cursor only on screen 1 of my multiple displays. It is not present on Screen 2 or on the laptops display when I open it. I have tried numerous suggested fixes including changing the look of the cursor but nothing
changes it on screen 1.
