Windows 10: My cursor sometimes jumps around and picks things.

This happened before I wiped my computer thinking it was a virus Defender couldn't could detect. I update daily but I use youtube a lot and fear it may be a virus tracking me since I use the same email. No, I do not open random emails.The cursor see recording jumps around and if I am on a web page will select things, seemingly at random. What is this and how can I stop it? Looks like this site won't let me upload the recording but the cursor was at the top of the screen quickly going back and forth like a squiggle, about one inch and randomly clicking. I could tell it was selecting because a

Cursor jumps

I did a factory reset on my computer and am using an entirely different, wired mouse and the cursor is STILL jumping to the top left.

Any suggestions what it could be? Or what to do now? Thank you.
