Windows 10: my custom cursor is too white on second monitor

as my caption, my cursor is more white on second monitor but its turn normal when move to 1st monitor and back to whiter when back to 2nd monitor, like , its some white filter just for cursor on 2nd monitor . Actually its fixed when i turn on pointer trails , but i dont want turn it on . So i don't know what's the issue or bug here. this is how its look on 1st monitor and on 2nd monitor

Cursor "cross" is transparent

Here's an update from my end:

This only happens on my laptop screen when it is plugged into a second monitor.

• If Excel is on the second monitor, then the cursor cross is white.
• If the laptop isn't plugged into the second monitor then the cursor cross is white.

I think the same happens on all Office applications - certainly PowerPoint as well.

From this ^^above, I doubt it is an Excel setting. Not really sure where to start looking for a fix. The issue is that it impedes the use of the application as you keep losing where the damn cursor is.

How to install:
Extract/place the cursor files from zip in the cursor folder (usually C:\Windows\Cursors) then got to mouse pointer settings and browse for the installed files after selecting the working and busy states. Apply or even save the new scheme under a new name, to easily switch back between different cursors via the drop-down theme list:

Please keep all the rainbow color looping as they are. It is now perfect. The black border is the best color to use as the outline. It brings a good contrast, making sure that all the colors appears well.







As a reminder, please keep in mind that this cursor set must be suitable for Windows 10 - 19H1 or above, so you must include all the 17 cursor roles in the same set.

As for the animation steps and the number of colors used, make sure that all the 17 cursor roles have all the same colors in the same order and the same animation steps playing the animation at the same speed. Good luck Hopachi and thank you for making this cursor set on my behalf.
