Windows 10: My D drive is full while all "fodlers properties" size shows half of capacity

Hi I use Win 10 in my gaming laptop.Never had issues with my windows in past couple of years.However When I select all files and folders in D: drive I enable show hidden and system protected files and select properties it show all of them are 400 GB. My total Drive is 900GB.However I only have 600mb free in my D drive!!What is wrong?I already Clean my drive also tries to delete any system restore pointIn System protection I disabled it, Disk Space Usage assigned is 15% 139GBWhat is wrong with my system? How can I free up stuff?Also is it possible the Windows Image backup is stored in m

LOCAL D DRIVE NEAR CAPACITY

I have a Dell Inspiron i5 running Windows 10 storage problem. I have an issue with my local D drive. The local D drive is near capacity at 450 MBPS. The system files are only 17 MBPS but the other file is 407 MBPS yet it shows no files and I can't open
the other files to see what's there. Since it is near capacity, I keep getting an error message. I can't seem to increase the storage capacity of the local D drive. What can I do to resolve the my issue?

Make up a text document and place it on the D Drive.

Now delete it and check if it appears within the C drive Recycle Bin.

Does it show ?

Hi there! I've looked all over the internet to find a solution to what seems like a simple answer to solve, but is apparently unanswerable. But I figured I'd give you fine techies a try!

My problem is simple:

D:\ drive is missing from Recycle Bin Properties. Therefore, when I delete any file from the D drive, I only have the option to delete it permanently.

The D:\ drive is a separate internal SATA hard drive; it is not on the same drive as the C: partition.

I'm using Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1.

When I access the D drive, and go to Tools>Folder Options>View and uncheck
Hide protected operating system files, I have no $RECYCLE.BIN folder. I believe it was previously deleted accidentally.

Restarting or rebooting does not restore the $RECYCLE.BIN folder.

I've attempted to map a C: drive folder to the D drive in the hopes this would make the D drive appear in the Recycle Bin Properties, but when I do, nothing happens. As soon as I move its location to the D drive, the folder disappears. It also doesn't show
up on the D drive. It's like it just disappears into infinity.

I want the D drive to show up in Recycle Bin Properties. That way, any file I delete from the D drive will not be permanently deleted.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated!
