Windows 10: My D: Drive is gone

My D Drive sometimes go missing when turning on my 2019 Dell Laptop with CPU intel core i5 gen 10, GPU intel R UHD Graphics and GPU NVIDIA GeForce MX230. It sometimes BSODs due to memory management problems. The D: Drive is internal and It is HDD. It doesn't show device manager, drive manager and disk part. How to stop this problem of D: Drive not working sometimes?Please Help as it had most of my DATA and some Apps.

• Type Command prompt in the search bar.
• Type-in the following command:
  
  attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:\*.*
• Press Enter to execute the command.

If you think that there is nothing important stored in it, then we suggest that you reformat your D drive so that you can use the free space for important files.

You can follow the steps below to start with the process:

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.
• Right-click on your D drive, then click on Format.
• Follow the on-screen process to finish formatting the partition.

If you are still having no joy then it would be good to know if Diskpart can detect your drive d:
It should also be run from an elevated command prompt (same as you did for sfc)

Please let us know what drives it lists for your system (a screenshot would be great). After you have that list, type 'exit' in the command prompt and click 'Enter' to close the screen
