Windows 10: My D: drive is missing after system reset

Hey guys! My computer was running into a boot error for the past 3-5 days that read"Reboot and select proper boot device, or Insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key". After troubleshooting i ended up having to perform a system reset using the Windows Media Creation Tool and have been running into problems ever since especially with my Disk Drives.I noticed that my D: drive not external is nowhere to be found and further moreI can't access the "Disk Management" menu because the Virtual Disk Service VDSwill not connect and will either say "Loading disk configuration informa

Missing D: after reset


I just reset by PC by doing a clean install

but before I reset my PC, I had 2 drives, one C: and D:
C: is the main one
D: was like an external/secondary one

so after I reset my PC, my D: is missing

D drive

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.
