Windows 10: My D drive is missing and I can't follow any tutorials on how to fix it due to my windows...

I get this pop up when I try to do anything related to windows. All of the icons have dissapeared for certain tools such as Command Prompt or Task manager. They re all just paper now. windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
