Windows 10: My D Drive is missing. How can i get it back.

So suddenly my D drive is gone and that is where I store all my files. The only drive that now appears is the C drive. This has happened once before and when I reset my laptop it appeared. However this time resetting my laptop isn't fixing the issue. How can I get the D Drive back?

Have you observed this issue in BIOS? If not, I would suggest so. I suspect the issue is more on the hardware side, by checking to see if D drive is also missing in BIOS can help confirm that.
