Windows 10: My D drive is missing! Please Help!?

I recently replaced the Charger Port for my Lenovo Laptop... the port now works fine, however it had to error check... it finishes the first time... i pick it up to log in... it clicks... and everything shuts off at once, no shutdown, nothing... just off... some time later, it begins clicking again... it stops, and turns on. It error checks again... this time it finds something to fix I'm not sure what, fragmentation most likely and it does so... it finally finishes and I get home, log on and go to open steam... it can't find the app... I go to my file explorer to find it only to discover th

D drive missing after Windows 10 upgrade

I’m sorry to know that the D drive disappeared after upgrading to Windows 10. I’ll certainly help you with this.

Before we proceed, I would like to know more about the issue. Please answer the following questions to help you better.

• Have you used any third party software to manage Disk partition?
• Did you format the drive?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

I suggest you to check for the drive in Disk Management
and see if it appears there. Follow the steps:

• Log on as administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
• Press Windows + R key and type
  diskmgmt.msc, and then click OK.
• See if the drive D: appears.
  

Also run the hardware and troubleshooter
and check if it helps.

• 
  Press “Windows Key + R”, type
  Control Panel.

  Then type “Troubleshooter” in the Search box and hit enter.
