Windows 10: My debit card is accepted both local and international but microsoft does not recognize my...

My payment card was lost, and I was issued with a new card which is not accepted by Microsoft. My new card is with the same bank and is accepted wherever I use it. Microsoft states that the name on my card does not match the other details on the card. I am unable to pay any Microsoft subscriptions. I don't seem to be able to contact Microsoft. I have checked details with my bank, and they advise that the card detail is correct, and that the problem exists with Microsoft software. Can anyone help me my subscription are due to expire, and some have expired.

Indian debit cards are not accepted in Windows Store.

In the year 2013 when I was using Windows 8/8.1, I've purchased two items from Windows Store using two different Indian bank's debit cards. That time, both of them worked properly along with the additional security measure Indian cards follow. But now, I'm
unable to use any of the Indian debit cards. I know Indian debit cards don't work on most of the international websites, but why did Microsoft remove support when it had it already working earlier?

Microsoft not accepting debit card

I want to renew my Microsoft 365. And i am using my State Bank of India VISA debit card. Why is that not working??

 

NOT ACCEPTING DEBIT CARD

When I tried to buy the full game from windows store ,I went to add a payment option and then I entered my Debit card details correctly but it said we are not able to authorise your
debit card but when I use the same card to buy something from other stores or other sites so it works .After trying it again it said "Try again something happened on our end".I really want to buy the game but the windows
store is not accepting my card.So please take an immediate action and Thank you for taking out your time and reading this message.
