Windows 10: My Dell 11pro is going in circles I've tried everything but nothing works what do I do

My Dell 11pro won't let me in all it does is take,me in circles I've tried everything what do I do I need this fixed and I'm stuck

Ummm ... did you read any of the thread before posting?

Suggest you read the above and try first before asking a question, and including "what I've already tried" in it.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
