Windows 10: my dell computer is stuck on the shutting down screen and it won't force shut down either...

Trying to shut down my dell computer and it is stuck on the shutting down screen just keeps spinning. Tried the force shut down but that didn't work. Any advise.

Computer will not shut down, stuck in "shutting down" loading screen


I've had this problem for 3 days now, and I'm frustrated beyond belief. Whenever I go to shut down my computer, I'm always stuck in "shutting down" or "restarting" with the circle loading animation playing below it. I'd leave it on throughout the whole day, and the computer would just never turn off, forcing me to hold the power button every time.

I need some solutions, because I've already tried a lot of things

 

Windows 10 Computer stuck on shut down

My computer upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10 about a week and a half ago, and everything seemed to be working well. Tuesday night I shut down the machine before going to bed. I was surprised Wednesday
morning when it was still shutting down. It is now Saturday morning, and it has not completed shutting down. I have shut off the computer after it had been stuck in "shutting down" mode for a while by holding the power button for 10 seconds, left it for a
considerable period of time, turned it on only to find that it had resumed its "shutting down" mode. I have unplugged it, only to have it resume shutting down upon restart. Computer is unusable. Suggestions?

 

Windows 10 on my laptop stuck on shutting down screen.

It been stuck for 30 minute and then I forced shut down by pressing power button.
