Windows 10: My dell g15 5511 laptop 7 months old randomly starts freezing and lagging evey time .

* I've updated every thing as the support team told me to do but it wont fix . when i restart my laptop it worked fine but after sometime same problem . I've contacted dell support but they always says that it's your os problem and tell me to contact the software department and the software department always tell that rhe will only help if i buy their premium warranty pack .I've even changed my os twice by i face the same problem again and again . What should i do pls help me plss.

I understand that you're new Dell G15 computer randomly freezes, I'm sorry for the inconvenience and I'll do my best to help you out

Since it's a new laptop and you haven't install any apps yet, first thing we can do is to make sure all the drivers is updated. You can go to Dell G15 support page and install all the updated drivers for your laptop, especially the display drivers.

Since the laptop has an nvidia card, you can also download the Geforce experience app to make sure your display driver is up to date.

BitLocker Screen after the recent OS11 Update on my Daughter's G15 Dell 5511

Please Help. My daughter is a Small Business Owner. She called in a panic. The recent OS11 Update now presents a Bitlocker Encryption MSG. She is a realtor / has critical files, and Customer data on her Dell G15 / 5511 laptop that she's been unable to access for several days. She purchased it recently, has no Microsoft Account, and remembers nothing about saving/storing a bitlocker recovery key. Please provide a means for her to access her SSD/ files again. Is there a command line prompt, or a bootable file via USB to disable this recent update. I assume there are thousands of users affected.

 

Laptop randomly lags

As mentioned in the title, my 2 year old laptop has started to lag randomly, and it does not revert back to normal by itself. A few weeks ago this happened too but it was easily fixed by doing a forced restart. But now, even with a forced restart, it starts
lagging, even on startup.

My performance settings are on best performance. I tried clean boot, it's still lagging upon startup. Any solutions would be appreciated.
