    My dell inspiron 3583 gets no power and will not turn on


    I have had my dell inspiron 3583 for about 4 years now. About two years ago i dropped it while it was charging onto where it plugs in, it bent the charger and the inside charger. It still charged but eventually it finally wouldnt So me and my dad replaced the 2 part’s recently. However it still wont power on, even when plugged in it shows no sign of life, not even the charging indicatorThis is what the inside looks likeIf someone can help that would be amazing as i would really like to recover my old laptop

    This is a frequent problem am sure as you have already seen from online searches.

    Flea power is usually the culprit here, basically its residual power that remains on the computer even after thecomputer has been shutdown. You can drain the flea power with the steps the other answers have suggested.

    • Disconnecting the battery and adapter
    • Press the hardpress the power button for 30 seconds
    • This should clear the flea power

    If this doesnt work, read this article its about
    a dell inspiron     but the same applies for you hp. It has some detailed step by step instructions

    Dell Inspiron 3583 Window 10 S activation problem.

    Hello. I have a new Dell Inspiron 3583 which arrived yesterday, running
    Windows 10 in S Mode, but I want to
    activate it in order to switch out of S mode and I
    can't find my product key    . I've tried a product key that was freely available online: "TX9XD-98N7V-6WMQ6-BX7FG-H8Q99"and
    got error 0x8007007B. Can anybody help, please? Thanks in advance.

    Dell Inspiron 15 won't turn on - no power at all

    My Dell Inspiron 15 3521 updated on Thursday. After it finished updating it ran for about 30 minutes. I then received a blue screen of death that just said it ran into an unexpected error. Went by too fast to get the exact error message. Restarted and
    worked fine that night. Friday morning it ran for about an hour and then suddenly just shut off. I was unable to turn it back on. Zero power at all. No lights - just dead. Any suggestions? I tried holding the power button down, removing the battery,
    reseating the memory, etc.

    The laptop was purchased in September 2013. Everything was working fine and now nothing. Is it worth having it looked at or repaired? It just seems odd that it happened immediately after updating.

    It is full of files, videos and photos that I have not backed up since Christmas :-( I still have a ton of room so it is not a space issue.

    Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
