Windows 10: My Dell Inspiron desktop shuts down after a few minutes of running

Hello, my tech family, I have an issue with my Dell Inspiron desktop shuts down after a few minutes of turning and about to browse it. suddenly it shuts off.Please help!

Dell PC will not boot to Dell Screen

Beeps on startup or shutdown generally indicate a hardware error of some sort.

A flashing orange power button indicates a possible fault in the motherboard.

Usually, when a computer unexpectedly shuts down by itself, that indicates an overtemperature condition, but it seems unlikely that things would heat up to that extent in only 3 minutes unless there's a more serious hardware problem.

Dell Inspiron 620

Hi,

There is a section on the Dell website that lists their computers which have been tested for update to windows 10. That section states that if your computer has not been tested, then it is not advisable to upgrade to windows 10. Mine is the Inspiron
Desktop i620 running intel hd 2000 integrated graphics. I currently am running windows 7 home premium. Computer is about 4 and a half years old. jeff
