Windows 10: My dell Inspiron won’t let me sign in

After an update my laptop doesn’t let me sign in, it takes me to the sign in page but it doesn’t give me any options to input anything. I saw two other questions with my same problem and I already tried everything they were suggested. When I go to safe mode it still doesn’t let me sing in, when I go to troubleshooting and try to reset it tells me my password is wrong even tho I know is correct because I changed it specifically for this. It basically doesn’t let me do anything

I suggest you ask further in the Dell community as these are settings particular to the BIOS/UEFI used on your Dell machine.
