    My Dell laptop and my hp envy 7645 have stopped wkg together. Printer only prints color and when info is black it is blank. Ink is full. Have checked everything etc

    hp envy 5540 not printing in color

    My HP Envy 5540 has stopped printing in color. I have removed and re-installed the printer, but still can't print in color from my Windows 10 laptop. (Incidentally, I can still print in color from my iPad.) Any suggestions?

    My HP Envy 5540 printer will not print color copies from my Dell desktop, but it will print color from my Dell laptop. The problem is in
    Printer
    Preferences - my desktop doesn't have the option of Color: black and white or Color. How can I load this option onto my computer. Dell says this is an HP problem, not a computer problem. I have a new cartridge in the printer. Very frustrating not
    to be able to figure this out.

    HP Printer won't print colors

    After upgrading to Windows 10 on my Dell laptop, my HP 4511 Envy printer will now not print in color. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the printer, downloaded the latest printer driver and checked all system and printer settings, to no avail. The printer
    worked fine on Windows XP Pro.....quite a dilemma.
