My DELL laptop came with windows 11 pro installed. A crash required a reset to fix and installed windows 10 home. How do I get the Windows 11 pro upgrade free?

Windows 11 upgrade eligiblity for Alienware Dell laptop

I have a 3-year-old Alienware 13 R3 Dell laptop that "doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11". I've checked the requirements and my current setup seems to meet them all. I rang Dell to check if they could tell me what I could upgrade on my specification and they told me it's not that my laptop doesn't meet the minimum technical requirements, it's simply that Microsoft has not listed this model as being eligible for Windows 11. Are the eligibility lists likely to be reviewed?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Dell Venue Pro crashing/freezing fix?

Could anybody (user or tech support) answer whether or not dell will be fixing our venue pro's. We have had this phone for 4 months and haven't been able to use it to its full capacity. Im in love with windows phone 7 but Im fed up with dell. Microsoft....I
advise that you either speak to Dell or break the contract between you and them, because they are keeping quiet and not telling us anything. They are hurting windows phone 7's image. We need to know when our crashing/freezing problem will be fixed. Oh, and
none of us have received the patch update, seems like we are being left out of this too. Give us answers Dell/Microsoft!!!! We are almost at the edge here of giving up. This is insane to keep silent over such a huge issue. I cant use my wifi anywhere, it
stinks. LET US KNOW!!!!!!!
