Windows 10: My dell laptop running really slow after clean reinstall of windows 10

Hey can someone please help me because before this clean install of windows 10 i was able to run minecraft with a smooth amount of fps the fps before was 120-300 and now i am running with 20-34 can someone please help.

I want TO SMASH this laptop INTO 2 Pieces can some please help PLEASEEEEEEEE i cant do any thing also i have and ssd and all the drivers are the latest drivers my cpu is i5-4200u intel hd family graphics

Windows 10 Laptop running very slow

I was purchased new laptop, that configuration are as follows:-

Lenovo Ideapad 330

Windows 10 home Single Language

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 - 7130U CPU @ 2.70 GHz

4 GB RAM

1 TB Hard Disk

From the fist day onwards I am trying to use better. But it was running very slow.

I am trying to cleaning the following steps

1. temp

2. %temp%

3. Recent

4. Prefetch

I am cleaning every thing, but booting is taking 3 min time. and running applications is very slow.

I have a PC in my office, it is Pentium Processer, It is running very fast. But I am using original OS, original ms office and tally only, there is no other software using in my laptop.

Laptop Windows 10 is updated up to July 2019. But booting and opening applications is still slow.

kindly suggest me how to open windows 10 with min 30 seconds

Suggest you to run System File Checker scan:

1. Search for 'command prompt' using Cortana or Windows Search.

2. From results, right click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.

3. Type sfc /scannow command and press Enter key.

4. Let the command complete and then reboot the machine.

If issue still persists, perform clean boot:

Still stupidly slow after windows reinstall

My uncle was asking me how to speed up his pc. I happened to be at his house so I went to go defrag his computer and clean cookies etc. It took about 10 minutes for the defragger to open. I was shocked. Not much I could do after that.

A week later he called me saying he couldn't boot his computer. I thought that must be why his computer was so slow before. I checked it out. He apparently had some virus that had filled his hdd with porn, when I last saw it he had less than 30gb of space used. So I wiped it and reinstalled windows 7 for him. The computer is still so so stupidly slow. It is unusable in my opinion.


Its a some gateway computer.
Specs:
i3 530
6gb ram
1tb hdd
windows 7

Why oh why is his computer so slow even after a reinstall? I would suspect the hdd. I am pretty much stumped on this one.
