Windows 10: My Dell Latitude E6400 running Windows 10 is showing a File System error -1073740791.

This error prevents any downloaded program from opening. I have tried all the MS troubleshooting methods and all report being unable to fix. Will re installing Windows 10 fix this? The hard disk has been scanned using chkdsk /R and reports no disk errors.

I run win 10 on imac, yesterday suddently with file system error (-1073740791) on most of the software,

i found error come with the app require uac right. software either from third party or windows internal have same result,

eg: cmd with admin right, check display driver

how to fix it?

with sfc /scannow

it's revert with windows resources under protection and can't complete the task (something like that, not eng version)

wsreset.exe with no help
