Windows 10: My dell pc is stuck on the “recovery” blue page

    My dell pc is stuck on the “recovery” blue page


    i've tried multiple times to reboot the windows but it doesn't seem to work, i’ve also tried download the iso on a flash drive then putting it back into the pc but still no sign of anything and it just says it needs to be recovered again, i really need help in this matter asap because i genuinely use my pc a lot for work and studying.
