    My Dell PCOptiplex 9020, intel i7-4770 in totally messing up my DLS internet connnection.


    I live in a rural area, so the throughput is low... 10 to 15 M. But when the PC is on, the Ping increases to 500 or 700 and the latency is completely messing up connections. When the PC is off... everything is find. Adjusting some of the settings in Windows. Installing VPN. Nothing helps. When I first start, the throughput is high 12 - 16 M with low ping 10 or less, then within a minute or two, the Ping steadily rises, the throughput steadily slows. In less than 5 minutes the wired or wireless DLS service is starts to become so unstable, I get interrupted by disconnects. If I shut off

    Don't forget, @milford want's something that is Windows 11 compatible. Those CPUs listed are not Windows 11 compatible.
