Dell 2350 Win 10 Built In Webcam is not recognized

I suggest you to try the methods below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware troubleshooter

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left side of navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Hardware and Devices. .
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction to complete the troubleshooter.
  
  If this doesn’t resolve the issue, I suggest you to try the below method.
  
  Method 2: Uninstall camera driver
  
  Try uninstalling the camera driver from the device manager and restart the computer and have Windows automatically install the latest driver upon restart.
  
  1. Press Windows key + X and select
  Device manager.
  
  2. Expand imaging devices.
  
  3. Right click on the driver and uninstall it.
  
  4. Restart the computer and check the functionality.
  
  I have gone through the Dell website and I couldn’t find any driver software compatible with Windows 10 for the Webcam. I suggest you to contact the manufacturer support team for further assistance if you
