Windows 10: My dell venue 11 pro does not recognize the dell mobile keyboard at all. I just purchased...

I have a dell venue 11 pro and just purchase a dell mobile keyboard for it. but the keyboard is not recognized.

I upgraded to Windows 10 and after several months, my Dell Venue 11 tablet stopped recoginizing the detachable keyboard. It will only run in tablet mode. The battery shows the tablet battery as able to charge and the other battery as not not available
for use. I purchased a new keyboard and it will not recognize the new one either.. any thoughts?

I have a dell venue 11 pro when i had windows 8.1 my aunt got a keyboard the keyboard work well on both tablet mine and yours everuthing works fine often i install windows 10 on both tablets still working , now my two brothers got the same tablet but
theirs comes with the mobile keyboard one of them borrow me his keyboard but know the keyboard doesn't work on mine but on his tablet works perfect need help

you can borrow the mouse and check if you can login or restart the PC or try hard reboot and check.

Hold Power-Button 10 seconds to shut off Dell Venue Pro. Push and hold Power-Button and then push and hold Windows-Button.

Run Dell PC Diagnostics to resolve performance and common hardware issues.
