I have posted the original post on Reddit XPS 13 9310 2-in-1 keyboard randomly stops responding, have tried many methods to permanently solve this issue, but no luck. Please help!! : Dell reddit.com but I figured it can likely be an issue/a bug caused by the update from Win 10 to Win 11 which might have caused an incompatibility between the system and keyboard. I have recently updated my Dell bios to the latest version, as well as tried reinstalling Win11 but the problem remains unsolved, so a few people recommended me to install Win 10 back since I had no issue prior to Win11. I suggest you to run hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

1. Click on Start button, type ‘Troubleshooting’ and click
troubleshooting under Settings.

2. Now type Hardware Troubleshooter in the search option.

3. Click on Hardware troubleshooter to run the troubleshooter.

Check if it helps.

According to Dell's official Windows 10 Creators Update page, the Dell xps 13 9333 is not listed as tested:

You can try a manual upgraded as suggested in my previous reply using the ISO in addition to the 12 steps before upgrading.

The screen of my Dell XPS 13 keeps randomly dimming when scrolling. There is no option for Adaptive Brightness in my power settings for Windows 10. How do I make it stop doing this? It's incredibly frustrating.
