    My DELL XPS 13 9360 laptop's pg up, pg dn keys stopped working overnight. May 6, 2002


    Hi. My laptop pg up, pg dn keys stopped working. I may have inadvertently typed some ctrl or fn combo that caused this. They DO work perfectly if I simultaniously hold down Fn with either up or down. I did try the uninstall keyboard driver + restart but the problem was not corrected. I also tried turning on/off the scroll-lock using the virtual keyboard and that also didn't work. Any suggestions, please?

    Navigational Arrow Keys and PrintScreen (Printscreen not working properly), Del Key, Pg Up, Pg Down

    If I turn Num Lock on, I can't use my navigational (normal) arrow keys which are used fr scrolling and gaming...

    If I turn on Num Lock, Dek Ley is not working..

    If I turn on Num Lock, Pg Up and Pg Down also not working..

    Please help me....FAST!!

    Print Screen is not working properly..

    The hardware is perfectly OK, I am running Windows 10 Pro....

    Dell XPS 13 9360 - Audio Crackling When Plugging in Laptop

    I have the exact same problem with my Dell XPS 13 9360.

    I just returned the DELL Inspiron 7373 which had the exact same problem when disconnecting/connecting the charger. The distortion is for a second and quiet loud and the video also gets frozen.

    In the Dell XPS the distortion is mild but still its annoying.

    The issue is easily reproducible with multiple Inspiron 7373 models, tired out the other ones in the store and they all showed the same issue.

    The store didnt have the new Dell XPS 8th gen model on display, so i tried it on the 7th gen and found no such issue.

    But after i bought the 8th gen Dell XPS 9360, i could reproduce the issue and its still happening.

    Such and expensive laptop and they couldn't test it before releasing it !!!!
