Windows 10: My Dell XPS having lots of trouble after reset, please help

few days ago i try to play an USB pendrive, it was keep on saying pendrive having problem, but it work fine as normal for others laptop, so i decided to reset my laptop, as im thinking i might accidentally press something that make my laptop unable to read my USB. but after reset, I'm unable to perform windows update which I can as usual, it's keep telling me that update fail. Beside that, I can't run cmd as administrator. Many thing is restricted, even registry editor also unable to open. and I'm unable to run troubleshooting cause windows update is not available at this version of windows.

Dell XPS M170 motherboard

If anyone has spare parts for sale for a Dell XPS M170 I need the motherboard. The adapter is loose and won't take a charge. If anyone has suggestions, please help.

 

problem connecting Bose qc 35 ii headphones to Dell XPS 13, win 8.1 64 bit

Lots of people seem to be having trouble connecting bluetooth headphones to laptops. I have read and completed the troubleshooting steps both with my headphones (which connect easily to my phone) and with the drivers in Win 8.1 64-bit on my Dell XPS 13.
The last step: the windows pgm compatibility troubleshooter. After accepting Win 8 settings as suggested in the troubleshooter, I observed that the Bose headphones could be paired *and* connected. However, the sound still issued through the laptop's speakers.
What now?

I am currently a bit occupied and can't focus 100%.

Give me some time to write a full check list for you. That manual helps a lot in doing all this.

I will return once I've written everything in a clear and step by step tutorial. I also have D2, so I will test it on my system, which also takes time.
