Windows 10: my desk top runs on windows 10, internet connection keeps dropping,

windows trouble shoots resets F2 adapter to fix but it happens very often. All other computers in same location and same network are fine. How do I fix this?

My email keeps dropping, and the screen reverts to desk top?

Dusty has a problem. my email account outlook keeps dropping back to the desk top screen. I am using windows 10 on a HP envy 23 All in One Desk top. Has anyone else hap this problem, and any advice on correcting the situation?

 

Internet Connection Keeps Dropping


Hello, are you always connected to the same router - or are you skipping to others? Suggest disabling these settings:




Also check your channel is not congested, and signal strength is adequate. There are freeware tools which can show you this information.

You might have to change band (frequency) - and in one scenario where someone was renting a place it was suggested the owner was restricting Wifi bandwidth...!

I'm sure others more experienced in these issues will comment.

 

Internet Connection Keeps Dropping


I appreciate that this is a common Internet topic but I simply can't find a solution. Before upgrading from Windows 7 to 10 I ran the check which advised that my system is compatible and then updated it. Everything ran fine for about a day, but since then my Wifi Internet connection keeps dropping after 10 to 20 minutes of running. The Wifi connection still shows as connected during the majority of the drops, but access is not there. After a random period of time Internet access will resume again only to drop off after around 10 minutes.

I have gone through every device in Device Manager and checked that I have the latest drivers installed. I have also turned off the options for devices to disconnect when not in use under the Power Saving options. At my wits end here so any advice would be appreciated.
