    My desktop makes a really loud low pitched noise and the computer and keyboard won’t turn on


    I tried opening steam and got an error saying something about missing SHELL32. I looked up a replacement file and tried replacing it, but it didn’t work. So I restarted the computer and now it’s stuck like this and it just makes this loud noise. Also the keyboard and monitor don’t seem to be working for some reason :I have tried reseating the GPU, but it didn’t work. The noise sounds like it’s coming from that, but I can’t tell for sure.

    My Nokia E71x charger is making noise

    Mine also makes a noise, just an intermittent kind of low pitch squeal. It is normal, bit odd if it is very loud though. Compare the sound with someone elses if you can?

    whenever I turn on my computer it starts making a loud static noise . I cant turn it off until i turn my computer off. UPDATE : now it goes in and out...
