Windows 10: my desktop P.C wont open pictures

Discus and support my desktop P.C wont open pictures in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i have tried all the different programs available in the "open with" right click.. i have enclosed a screenshot of fault. please help. running windows...     my desktop P.C wont open pictures


    i have tried all the different programs available in the "open with" right click.. i have enclosed a screenshot of fault. please help. running windows 10 but with the 11 upgrade png and jpg wont open with anything but VLC player. IS IT SOME SORT OF VISUAL CODEC PROBLEM?
