Windows 10: My desktop screen goes black when I use the mouse

On my desktop, when I use the mouse to select things, that part of the screen goes black.I went to Storage -> Temporary files in the settings and cleared everything. It started after that.I already restarted the computer and checked for updates.

Desktop App Turns Black Screen When Hiding Mouse Pointer

Windows 10 and all drivers up to date
MSI laptop, i7-8750H, GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB Ram

I watch tv, movies and videos on the desktop app.
I can't put anything in full screen mode, it goes black when it hides the mouse pointer.
some sites work if I don't use full screen, but then I have to see the browser window and other stuff, it sucks.
Youtube works in full screen, this seems to be the only one!
Nothing works in YoutubeTV, screen goes black after a second or two (when mouse pointer gets hidden)
cbs all access, full screen does not work, non-full screen works.
The Netflix app for win 10 won't play videos in WMR.

I followed this article and fixed the black screen when starting the desktop app but it still goes black when hiding mouse pointer
