Windows 10: My desktop won't let me log in

I had my pc for about 2 years now but this is the first time I'm facing an issue like this. When I turn on my desktop, it keeps loading for ages and when it finally starts, it won't let me log in at all. Whenever I enter my pin, it says something like 'credentials couldn't be verified'. I tried to use my password instead but it keeps saying 'the parameter is incorrect'. It's been two days and I haven't been able to log into my computer. Just before this all happened, the windows was updated and something to do with disk cleaning, I'm not sure. I feel like something from that caused this so ple
