Windows 10: My Device refuses to recognize my mouse.

Problem: Whenever I plug in my Cyberpowerpc optical gaming mouse I always get an error "The last USB device you connected to this computer has malfunctioned and windows doesn't recognize it." I've disconnected all attachments such as the charging cable and my type cover.I've removed the USB drivers ability to cut off power Allow the computer to turn off this device to save powerI've tried running the hardware and devices troubleshoot program in command prompt.I've plug the mouse in other computers and they work just fine.I've tried reinstalling the drivers. [Specifically IntelR USB 3.10 eX

Notebook recognizes mouse but no other usb devices

We would suggest you to update the driver of your mouse.

To update your mouse driver, follow the steps below:

• Make sure that your wireless mouse is connected to your PC.
• Click the Start button, type "device manager" in the search box, and then select Device Manager.
• In the list of hardware categories, look for Mice and other pointing device and double-click on it.
• Look for your mouse name and right-click on it and select properties.
  
• Once your mouse tab appears, select Driver and click
  Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.

If that does not work, we recommend you to download the latest drivers from the website of your mouse manufacturer and install it manually.

Run the Hardware and Devices
troubleshooter and check.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
