    My device STILL has not updated to 23H2


    I have a Dell XPS 9720 running Windows 11 22H2I understand 23H2 was released 10/23The device STILL has not updated to 23H2When I manually run windows update it says "You're Up to Date"Nor has it automatically offered the latest version for updateHow can that be "Up to Date" if the latest version has been out since 10/23 - and I don't have it??

    Windows update show 23H2 installed winver show 22H2

    Hi. Im baffled. I went back to a full os disk backup (its a full one the whole disk not just a regular backup) and when i write winver i get this (check images) and windows update tells me something else, i know i was on 23H2 but now when going back to this backup even though it backed up when i was on 23H2 it says 22H2, its obvious also when you look at the timestamp when updates where made, i have 22h2 current date updates and 23h2 update that is in the past, so i should be on 23h2 not 22h2 makes no sense.
