Windows 10: my disk drive is not shrink beyond the point

Discus and support my disk drive is not shrink beyond the point in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Wanted to shrink my device but cantI had already tried, Disable Hibernation, Disable the Page File, Disable System Protection....
