Windows 10: my disk drive is not shrink beyond the point

Wanted to shrink my device but cantI had already tried, Disable Hibernation, Disable the Page File, Disable System Protection.

Unmovable files refer to the data generated by Windows that cannot be automatically moved by Windows built-in tool Disk Management, such as Hibernation, Pagefile and System protection. You cannot see these files in File Explorer, because they are hidden
by default. In this case, we suggest that you perform the following methods:

Method 1: Disable Hibernation.

• Click on Start.
• Type cmd.
• Right-click on Command Prompt, select
  Run as administrator.
• In the Command Prompt window, type
  powercfg.exe /hibernate off, and then press Enter.
• Exit Command Prompt window.

Method 2: Disable the Page File.

• Click on Start.
• Type This PC.
• Right-click on it and select Properties.
• On the left pane, click on Advanced system
  settings.
• Select the Advanced tab.
• Under Performance, click on the Settings button
  
• Select Advanced tab.
• Under Virtual memory, click on Change button.
• Uncheck the Automatically manage paging
  file size for all
  drives option.
• Click on No paging file radio button.
• Click on Set button.
• Click on Yes button to confirm.
• Click on OK.
• Restart your PC.

Method 3: Disable System Protection.

• Click on Start.
• Type Control Panel, and then press
  Enter.
• At the top-right corner of Control Panel window, set
  View by from Category to
  Small icons or Large icons.
• Select System.
• On the left pane, click on System protection link.
• Click on Configure button.
• Under Restore Settings, click on Disable
  system protection radio button.
• Click on Apply.
• Restart your PC.

After doing the steps above, you can now try to shrink your drive.

Note: The 3 methods above are temporary steps. After shrinking your disk drive, do the steps again and enable all the options that we have disabled.
