Windows 10: My display support HDR but Windows says it does not after upgading to Windows 11.

I have an LG C1 and Samsung Odyssey monitor, both are HDR capable and HDR worked with no issue in Windows 10. Upgrading to Windows 11 the display settings say neither display is HDR capable which is not true. I can turn HDR in game and HDR works in that game only, I cannot use HDR outside of a couple games I'm playing and most do not let me toggle it on anymore, I cannot watch HDR movie content or HDR on Youtube because Windows is falsely saying my devices are not capable. I can plug in a PS5 or Series X and HDR immediately turns on so there is no reason for Windows not be able to do the

I would contact LG Support which is included with the monitor purchase for at least the first year, during which they must get it working properly or repair or replace it under warranty.

Windows says it cant display HDR.

My GPU supports HDR, my pc supports HDR, my monitor says it supports HDR, but it says it can't display HDR, I've installed the updates and drivers but still nothing. Please help. Its not needed but I would like HDR. WVN is 19044.1682

My display supports HDR (400 I believe) however the settings app says it's unsupported. I can launch a game like Destiny 2 and it will switch to HDR mode but I can't get windows to see my display as HDR at all. Please help
