Windows 10: my display within the viewable area of the monitor

I noticed that my display is a little low in the viewable area of my screen, so the date is cut off in the taskbar and there is a black area at the top of the screen.. I know there used to be a way to raise and lower the viewing on your screen of yuour monitor back in the day.. im hoping there is still a way to move it around a little bit

• Right click Taskbar.
• Select Properties.
• Untick Show taskbar on all displays; then, Apply.
• Drag the remaining primary monitor taskbar to the screen you want.
• Tick Show taskbar on all displays.

I would like to inform you that this issue could have occurred due to these reasons.

• Incorrect settings.
• Corrupt or outdated display driver.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to download and install all the available Windows Updates including Optional Updates. Check if it helps.

Method 2: If the issue persists, I suggest you to uninstall and re-install latest display driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall display driver.

• Right-click on the Start Button and click on
  Device manager.
• Double-click on Display Adapters to expand.
• Right-click on the display adapter driver that is listed and select properties.
• In the window opened, click on drivers tab.
• In the drivers tab, Click on Uninstall option.

Step 2: Now re-install display driver from the manufacturer website.

No display on monitor when TV set as primary display

Issue solved

Removed DVI/HDMI cable from computer and monitor

Step 1: Check if the VGA monitor cable is defective.

1. Turn off computer
   
2. Connect the monitor VGA cable from the monitor to the VGA port on the computer
   
3. Turn on computer, VGA monitor cable is good.
   
   Step 2: Tun off computer
   

1. Connect HDMI Cable to HDMI port and TV
   
2. Turn on computer and TV, there is no monitor black screen
   
3. Click on the Windows logo, select the Settings icon , and then select
   
   System. Under Display there are two squares, labeled 1 and 2
   
   D Click on Advanced Display Settings:
   
   Display information: Display 1- Monitor Display 2 -TV
   
   E Right-click the Speakers icon in
   the taskbar, select Sound, click on Playback devices,
