Windows 10: My display wont come back on after turning on monitor after a certain amount of time

hello ive had a problem with my pc display not coming back when i turn on my monitor after having it turned off for a certain amount of time. I have turning screensavers and sleep off to prevent this from happening but it still seems to happen. When i turn on the monitor it shows up as no input detected and nothing i do makes it display anythingPlease help thanks

Monitor wont display after monitor turned off

I recently build a new system and used an old monitor, no problems. I bought a new monitor and If I turn off my monitor and turn it back on it gives me no display and says no signal detected. I am forced to restart computer several times to get image back to the monitor. Once display is on there are no problems as long as I don't turn off the monitor again. I have read there is a bios update but when I go to Gigabyte page they are listed as F3, F13, F42 and F51. How can I determine which F version my card is?

Also I returned monitor and card with the same products thinking it was hardware issue but the problem remains. I have even reinstalled the OS.

No display on monitor when TV set as primary display

Issue solved

Removed DVI/HDMI cable from computer and monitor

Step 1: Check if the VGA monitor cable is defective.

1. Turn off computer
   
2. Connect the monitor VGA cable from the monitor to the VGA port on the computer
   
3. Turn on computer, VGA monitor cable is good.
   
   Step 2: Tun off computer
   

1. Connect HDMI Cable to HDMI port and TV
   
2. Turn on computer and TV, there is no monitor black screen
   
3. Click on the Windows logo, select the Settings icon , and then select
   
   System. Under Display there are two squares, labeled 1 and 2
   
   D Click on Advanced Display Settings:
   
   Display information: Display 1- Monitor Display 2 -TV
   
   E Right-click the Speakers icon in
   the taskbar, select Sound, click on Playback devices,
   
   
   a s tv screen with my brand shows
   AMD High Definition Audio Device ready.
