Windows 10: My Documents is Empty

Hi guys,I am running Windows 10, "Documents" folder all the sudden is empty. And no its not in C:/Users . I think I know part of the problem because also alot of Desktop icons for software that I forgot I had also came back. This might be OneDrive syncing or doing whatever it does, which truthfully I never wanted in the first place but it seems forced upon me cause I had stopped the syncing and they hadn't come back but whenever I changed my Microsoft Account email they did but then "Documents" were gone.Anyways, so what happened was is that two days in a row I kept getting an email from Micro

I suggest you to Restore to Default the folders and document settings and see if it helps.

Step 1:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Download folder.
• Right click on the Download Folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

Step 2:

Please follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Documents folder.
• Right click on the Document folder and go to Properties.
• In Properties go to Location tab.
• In location Tab Click on Restore Default.

After performing above steps change the settings as you required and check if it helps.

To sort your documents in your File Explorer by date, we suggest following the steps below:

• Type File Explorer in Cortana search box to open File Explorer.
• Go to the folder that you want to sort.
• Click on View that is located on the top part of the window.
• Click on Sort by.
• Choose Date.

Your files should be sorted by date with this option.

How to burn a document to a cd in windows 10
