Windows 10: My Download main download folder is still slow

Even after I got my new SSD it spedup everything but when bringing up the Download folder it super slow at adding up all the file details and icons. It's weird because this only happens in this folder while browsing in file explorer. Even my picture folder loads faster.

Upgraded to Windows 10: Missing files

I just updated to Windows 10. After doing so, all my files were missing from the main folders like Documents, Pictures, Music, Videos and Downloads. Even my desktop background changed. My desktop was also clean from downloaded apps. However, I found it in
(C)/windows.old

I moved everything from windows.old folder to my main folders. After a few hours, suddenly, while waking the laptop from 'sleep', everything was gone from the main folders. My desktop background came back to my background before upgrading to Windows 10.
(Tho now its still in Windows 10) Apps downloaded before were back in desktop. How do I recover the files?

Yes, But I know and this is way too slow... I only have 52 items in it...
