Windows 10: My downloading screen of windows 10 still show 0% Progress since 5 hours ago

Dear Microsoft,


This afternoon i have buy the latest Windows 10 Pro from Microsoft Store and I paid at 3.799.000 IDR by my Visa Card. I'm from Indonesia. But why, since 5 hours ago there are no progress download and still stuck at 0% progress.


Please help me to follow it up. I have a lot of work on progress with my laptop that I should done ASAP.

windows 10 has been downloading for 5 hours

My computer has been stuck on “Windows 10 is downloading” screen for the past 3 days.

The green arrow is pointed to the Download in progress. When I press on button at the bottom of the screen (view download in progress) I am taken out of the screen. Is this the same problem you have?

received a notification and began downloading windows 10 to my windows 8.1 over 5 hours ago. It keeps saying it is downloading. Is there another step for me to do? It should be done downloading by now.

 

Windows Update Status in Windows 10 Fails to Move Beyond “Downloading updates 0%” for Over 12 Hours

After a successful Windows 10 Home installation on 4 Aug 2015, a successful Windows Update for three Windows 10 updates on 4-5 Aug, a successful Windows Update of KB3081424 on 12 Aug, and numerous successful Windows Updates of MS Office on 4 Aug, Windows
Update is now stuck at 0% downloaded for over 12 hours, with 17 updates listed as being available for download. In addition, Windows Update no longer appears as an entry in Control Panel; I do not know if this is an intentional change for Windows 10 or if
Windows Update should still be a Control Panel entry under Windows 10.



Here is a more complete description of actions leading up to the 0% downloaded state:

• 
  My computer is a Gateway MX8738 laptop with an Intel T2080 1.73 GHz CPU, located in the USA. I have not installed any new software since upgrading to Windows 10 on 4 Aug. All application software that I checked after the Windows 10
  upgrade worked properly, and there were no problems that I detected following the upgrade. The only connections to the laptop are a cooling pad that connects to the laptop with a USB 2 cable, an Ethernet Cat 5e patch cable for internet service, and a power
  cord.
  
• 
  I did not have the computer turned on from 5 Aug until booting it up on 12 Aug.
  
• 
  Norton 360 had some updates that it applied automatically upon boot-up, including one update that it could not apply without a restart; the restart occurred without any apparent problem.
  
• 
  After restarting, a Settings screen was displayed saying that Windows Update was active. This screen initially showed an amount downloaded greater than 0%, with the progress bar moving from left to right to show the download in progress.
  This screen may have appeared before the Norton 360 update and restart were complete; I do not accurately remember the sequence.
  
• 
  I clicked on the Details link on the Windows Update screen to see the updates that were available. There were 17 of them. When I went back to the Windows Update screen, the download progress bar showed “Downloading updates 0%.”
  
• 
  At various times over the next 12 hours, I checked the Details listing of available updates to be downloaded to see if any progress had been made. From the first time I checked them until the last time, there were always three of these
  updates whose status was “Waiting for install” (two for MS Office and one for MS Visio), one update whose status was “Downloading” (for MS Office), and all the rest had a status of “Waiting for download.” There was no size of any of these updates shown on
  the list, and there was no URL for any updates shown either, so I could not go to a URL to find out the size of each download to see if it was a large download that was taking a long time.

  No error messages were displayed on the monitor at any time. No blue screen or black screen appeared, and there were no indications of any problem except for the download progress indicator reverting to 0% after initially showing positive
  progress above 0%.

  I displayed the Control Panel to see if I could re-initialize Windows Update somehow, but there was no Windows Update entry in Control Panel after I noticed this problem. I did not check Control Panel before this problem occurred to
  see if Windows Update was there or not.
  
  
  
  How do I get Windows Update to work again? Is Windows Update supposed to be an entry in Control Panel under Windows 10?
