    my laptop is acer nitro 5 i7 12th gen and rtx 4070ti and i use wifi option and my internet speed stuck at 30mbps while on other hand on phone and other laptop i got full 100mbps speed

    Speed stuck at 100Mbps on 1Gb Fibre

    PC is custom built

    Speed and Duplex were set to Auto Negotiate but Ethernet Speed was stuck at 100Mbps which is why I have forced it to 1Gbps, but the Ethernet Speed remains the same 100Mbps

    Please read the original post as stated the PC is connected directly to the Router via Cat8 Cable.

    Power Managment is not the issue everything related to saving power is Disabled

    I have even restarted my PC in Safe Mode with Networking and as stated before The Speed and Duplex remains set to 1Gbps but the Ethernet Speed is still at 100Mbps

    This means it is not an external program throttling my speeds

    Slow wifi speed with only one laptop

    Hi,

    i checked log file and BthA2dp.sys was repaired, after sfc/scannow command. Wifi speed was increased for around 30mbps...

    // i tried to reset bios to default. And wifi speed is around 100mbps now. Not great, not terrible.

    Thanks for the reply David.

    I followed all of these steps, including the clean boot but my issue is still not resolved.

    Is there some microsoft service that would be throttling my download speed for some reason?

    On Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections, right clicking my wifi network and selecting Status it shows my speed at 1.0 Gbps, but my bandwidth is still sub 100mbps when I'm paying for a plan for 600 mbps and my phone and other devices are getting 300-500 mbps.

    Do you have anymore advice for me?
