My downloads are being saved as PUB documents and I want to save them as PDF Documents. How can I change the settings?

There are some options that you can do to save the scanned documents to PDF file. You may follow these steps:

• Copy the scanned document.
• Open Word, then paste it.
• Click File > Save As > Choose the location where you want to save it.
• On Save as type, choose PDF > Save.

Hi, I have created a document in word, but would like to save it in PDF. When I click "save as", there is PDF option in the drop down. I have tried downloading a converter from Google, but it changes my settings when converting. Any suggestions on how

I have windows 10. Several updates back, I lost the ability to save pdf documents in the document folder on my desktop. No following updates have corrected this problem. I tried signing on as the administrator, still it didn't work, I recently bought a
laptop, windows 10, had no problem saving a pdf document in the document folder. Although I can the save the documents in another folder, it's just annoying that the problem has not been recognized and corrected. I'm thinking an update is necessary to correct
it, since it appeared immediately after one of the updates.
