Windows 10: My downloads to two particular apps disappear when I restart, also an issue needing...

When I download an app, it will download and run. When the computer is turned off and on again, the downloaded app is gone. I'm having the same problem with Facebook. I need to get a verification every time. I followed those instructions to fix it, but it didn't, and I'm not using incognito or have my browser downloads or history erased when shut down. I've tried everything with firewalls and anti viruses shut down, and tried some other things, resetting stuff, but to no avail. PRIOR to all of this, I did "clean up" the comp, with scans, etc, but I also tried a registry search and still no pro

As you have issue with the store downloading apps, try to run these inbuilt troubleshooters.

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

After downloading apps-download disappear (It did not show up the setup apps).

1. Which browser are you using to download the apps?

2. Did you see the download progress is completed successfully?

3. Where exactly(location) you are looking for the downloaded app?

4. Is this issue specific with Java and Flash Player?

5. Did you try downloading some other app and check if the same issue occurs?

I suggest you to download all the windows updates and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• On the search bar type Settings.
• Click on Update and Security.
• Click on Check for Updates.
• Read and accept the license terms, and then tap or click Finish if the update requires it.
  

Also, I suggest you to set the download location for Internet Explorer and download apps using Explorer and check.

Follow the steps below:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Access the settings menu by clicking on the settings icon
