Windows 10: My drawing tablet only recognize one monitor at the time

I bought a Huion Kanvas Pro last month and since then i'm having this problem.If i try to EXTENDED the monitors, the drawing tablet or my notebook will not show the cursor sometimes and NEVER show the programs that were open. I tried to opened on the second monitor but doesn't work, and the same if the problem is in the first one. How can i fix it and put my drawing tablet for only drawing and the laptop work again just like before?

Drawing tablet not recognized.

I recently had bought a new computer, I decided that I wanted to connect my drawing tablet to my new computer. The drawing tablet requires 1 USB port and 1 HDMI port to be plugged into the computer from it. When I plug these in, the tablet says that there's
no connection. It also says there is not a second monitor in when I go into display settings. If I go into the Device and Printer settings on my computer, it shows the tablet is there, but in the properties of it, it shows it being a "keyboard, mouse." The
drawing tablet is an XP-PEN Artist 12.

 

Using multiple monitors including a drawing tablet, but the drawing tablet pen registers on the wrong monitor display.

I am using a UGEE drawing tablet with my Acer V3 computer on windows 10. My cursor appears on my PC monitor rather than my tablet monitor. I tried going to Control Panel>Tablet PC Settings>Configure>Setup, but when it's on my tablet screen and I tap it,
the cursor is still on my PC monitor so it doesn't work. My mouse still works normally.

UPDATE: I just installed the newest version from the website and it worked, but after un-plugging and re-plugging it, it stopped working.

• Simply connect the ISM 2.4G USB receiver into your computer to start drawing
  wirelessly. Else, connect the tablet to your computer with the USB cable provided.
  
• Download the latest driver from the
  XP PEN website, for the tablet to function.
  
• After successful installation of driver, a driver icon will appear in your system tray and on your desktop. If the driver isn’t present,
  Uninstall the driver and Reboot the machine before you
  repeat the same steps.
